8. Termination Policy
Internship may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice:
- Voluntary termination: 1 week notice required
- Performance-related termination: Progressive improvement plan followed
- Misconduct: Immediate termination may apply
- Certificate issued for completed portions of the program
