8. Termination Policy

Internship may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice:

  • Voluntary termination: 1 week notice required
  • Performance-related termination: Progressive improvement plan followed
  • Misconduct: Immediate termination may apply
  • Certificate issued for completed portions of the program
